Four Week Fiance(40)

“Uh huh,” I said, hanging up the phone and flinging it onto the couch as I walked into the living room.

“TJ?” Mila walked into the living room, wrapped in a sheet, her long hair a tousled mess around her shoulders.

“What are you doing up?” I frowned at her, wondering what she’d heard.

“I woke up and you weren’t there and I heard your voice.” She squinted at me as her eyes adjusted to the light. “Who were you on the phone with?”

“No one.” I shook my head. “Come, I have something for you.”

“Oh, what?” She looked excited and I laughed as I led her back to the bedroom.

“Sit on the bed,” I said and walked over to my bag. I pulled out the jewelry box and another small bag. “This is your engagement ring.” I pulled out the large diamond ring and placed it on her finger. “I hope you like it.”

“I love it.” Her eyes were wide as she stared at her finger. “Thank you.”

“Now you can open the other bag,” I said to her with a smile, my eyes never leaving her face as I watched her pull out the handcuffs.

“What’s this for?” she asked, all shocked as she gazed at me.

“This is just a reminder that while these four weeks are going to be a lot of fun, they are going to be crazy as well.” I took the handcuffs from her hands and walked over to a drawer and dropped them in before turning back to her. “The more you get to know me, Mila, the more you will see that the boy you thought you knew is not the man I am now. I like to have fun. I like to get down and dirty. I’m going to take you on a ride that you will never forget.”

“And you need the handcuffs to do that?” she asked nervously and I could see her fingers trembling as she held the sheet to her body.

“I don’t need the handcuffs to do that.” I shook my head and walked back towards her. “In fact, I’m not the one who will need the handcuffs at all.” I stopped in front of her and pulled the sheet off of her beautiful body.

“You’re not?” she asked, confused, as she looked at me with parted lips.

“You’re the one who will need the cuffs, Mila.” I pushed her down on the bed and rolled her onto her knees. “You’re the one who will need the cuffs,” I said again as I entered her swiftly from behind, all guilt gone from my mind as I once again showed both of us just how much pleasure our bodies could give each other.

Chapter Twenty

Mila

February 14th, 2009

Dear Diary,

When I marry TJ Walker, I’m going to have a big wedding and invite all those girls in school that made fun of me for having a crush on my brother’s friend. “He’ll never be with you,” they said. “He’ll never want you,” they said. I’ll show them. One day, he’ll be mine and they’ll be eating all of their words.

Mila

XOXO

“Sally, I’m telling you that TJ has been the perfect gentleman since I said yes,” I whispered into the phone during my lunch break.

“It’s only been a week, Mila.” Sally didn’t sound impressed. “I would hope he’d still be a gentleman in the first week.”

“He’s a perfect lover.” I sighed as I thought about the previous night’s lovemaking. “So giving.”

“I should hope so,” Sally said and I knew that she was slightly jealous because I kinda had TJ and she had nothing with Cody.

“He wants me to move in with him,” I said and bit my lower lip. “Hold on, I think Cody is coming,” I said as I saw my brother approaching my office. “What can I do for you?”

“TJ’s here,” he said with a small frown. “Are you going to bring him to dinner tomorrow night? I think our parents and Nonno deserve to know that you guys are engaged now?”

“I guess I’ll ask him.” I sighed, not really wanting to have to lie to my parents and Nonno.

“Is Sally coming?” Cody asked almost indifferently. “I haven’t heard from her in a while.”

“I don’t know.” I shrugged, my eyes narrowed. “Why do you care?”

“I don’t.” He looked away. “I was just wondering.”

“Okay,” I said and whispered into my phone as he walked out of the room. “TJ’s here, I’ll call you back in ten minutes, Sally,” I said and hung up quickly. I jumped up and hurried out of the office to look for TJ.

“There you are, darling,” TJ said as he walked towards me with a large bouquet of flowers.

“Hi.” I smiled shyly, still not quite believing that I was sleeping with and dating this amazing man. I leaned up and gave him a quick kiss on the cheek. “What brings you by?”

“I wanted to say hi, see your pretty face and ask you to dinner tonight.”

“Okay.” I smiled. “That sounds good.”

“It’s a work dinner.” His eyes bore into mine. “With my dad. And the board.”

“Oh, okay.” I nodded, reality hitting me. “An important dinner, then?”

“Yes.” He nodded. “Real important.”

“Okay.” I nodded again. “Can you come to my family dinner tomorrow night as well? Cody thinks we need to tell everyone about our engagement.”

“I can do that.” His lips thinned and my heart dropped.

“Unless you don’t want to, of course.”

“I want to.” He smiled, leaned forward and kissed me lightly. “Of course, I want to.”

“You didn’t have to buy me a new dress,” I said as we drove to the restaurant to meet his dad and the board of directors. “I have cocktail dresses.”

“I wanted tonight to be special,” he said, reaching over to squeeze my knee. “I want you to make a good impression.”

“Okay,” I said, feeling slightly peeved. What did that mean? Did he think that my own wardrobe wasn’t good enough? “Is there anything you want me to do or say?”

“Just pretend that you love me.” He shrugged. “Act all lovey-dovey and pretend you want more than my body.”

“Okay,” I said, my voice stiff. How could I tell him that I did love him and I did want more than his body?

“Okay, we’re here,” TJ said with a small smile as he gazed at me. “Just act natural and be yourself. Everyone will love you.”

I smiled at him as I got out of the car, not knowing how to tell him that I didn’t want everyone to love me, only him.

Chapter Twenty-One

TJ

I could tell that Mila was unsure of what was going on. Dinner had been uncomfortable for both of us and my father had acted in a lecherous way towards her that had made me want to beat him down. Though of course, I couldn’t do that. I could feel my pent-up energy and I knew that I needed a release. I needed a high that I hadn’t had in a long time and I needed it from Mila. I wasn’t sure how she’d react. I wasn’t sure if she’d go running for the hills, but I needed to see. I looked over at her and smiled as if I didn’t have a care in the world.

"I want to tell you about the sexiest moment I've ever had in my life." I sat there still as a statue as I stared at Mila, her face looking confused. She was dressed in a T-shirt and shorts, having taken off her dress as soon as we’d gotten in.

"I don't want to hear about it." She licked her lips nervously as she looked away from me. She was still pissed from what had happened at dinner and I didn’t blame her.

"I want to tell you about it, though," I said as I stood up and walked towards the wall.

"What are you doing?" She frowned.

"The night I'm going to tell you about starts with the lights being turned off," I said as I flicked the lights off.

"Why are you turning the lights off?" she squeaked as I walked towards the coffee table.

"Setting the mood for my story," I said and pulled a lighter out of my pocket and lit three candles that were on the coffee table. I looked over to Mila, still sitting on my couch, and she shifted slightly, her gaze looking slightly scared as she gazed at me.

"There were three candles burning that night," I said as I headed back towards her. "All three of them smelled like honeysuckle." I took a deep breath and smiled as Mila did the same and smelled the sweet scent of honeysuckle in the air. "The air that night was rife with sexual tension. It was so palpable that I swear someone could have cut through it with a knife."

"Okay," she said and nodded. "I don't know how air can be rife with sexual tension," she said with a slight edge to her voice.

"Oh?" I said and raised an eyebrow at her. I sat next to her on the couch, so close that our thighs were rubbing against each other. I placed my hand on her shoulders and ran my fingers down the slight of her back. Mila shifted again, trying to stop my touch, but she didn't get off of the couch. "I remember I touched her, my fingers fleeting on her body, not even touching her skin. That didn't matter though, because she still wanted me."

"You sure think a lot of yourself," she said, her voice soft as she stood still.

"I remember that I touched her leg." My hand moved from her back to her thigh and my fingers moved gently up and down, enjoying the slight trembling of her muscles as she sat there waiting to see what was going to happen next. "I remember that her legs parted slightly," I said as I gazed into her eyes and smiled as her legs parted involuntarily. "She wanted me to touch her. She wanted me to feel how wet she was for me already."
