"Denim, damn it, don't move yet," he ordered desperately. She felt so wet and incredibly aroused. "Shit!" Cursing violently, Jax pulled out and surged into Denim again with such incredible force. Her lips parted and she gasped and then he felt her pulsate and contract around his cock.
"Jax!" she cried out, her hands clutching the bedspread. He responded by pounding into her again and again, until she was spiraling toward an orgasm so fast he thought he would lose his mind. The more she cried out in pleasure, the more he thrust and pumped into her long and fast, drawing out her orgasm. "Yes … Oooooh yes!" she whimpered over and over, until he felt a climax rip through her.
"You're mine," he chanted. "Mine." He thrust again. Deeper. Harder, drawing it out until with one final thrust his own orgasm ripped through him.
"Jax!" she screamed, followed by a series of sighs.
Jax let out a loud howl, then buried his head at her neck and pierced his teeth into her soft skin, tasting her rich blood as he moaned her name. Denim shuddered and sighed.
Collapsing onto the bed, Jax rolled over, dragging her with him and planted soft kisses to her neck and throat. His hands stroked her breasts and stomach until his heart rate had returned to normal. "You're mine. You have always been mine."
Denim swung around until their eyes met. The passion was gone from her gaze and was now dark and serious. "Don't say that too loud. Troy might hear you."
"The pack will deal with her," he assured her.
He just hoped his father was able to negotiate something to make both families happy and stop her need for revenge. In the meantime, he would do everything to protect Denim. Cupping her face, Jax brought his mouth down over hers again. He had claimed her.

Denim plunked down two beers onto one of the tables she was serving. "Your order will be up shortly," she said, then nodded at a woman at the next table who motioned for another glass of milk for her little boy. Quickly, she cleared another and tucked the five-dollar tip in her apron pocket, then hurried behind the kitchen door to discard the dirty dishes.
"Here ya go," she said to Pete, a high school student who'd been hired as the official dishwasher for the summer.
"The more the merrier," he beamed as he reached for the stack. The kid put a lot of pride in his work.
Denim rattled off her newest order to Matt, then poured a glass of milk and swiftly moved back out onto the floor. It had been one busy day. Her feet were screaming and she was yearning for a long hot bath in a claw-foot tub.
She dropped off the milk, checked to make sure all her customers were content, then moved back behind the counter. Quinn came breezing through the door in four-inch white pumps, smiling wider than the hills behind the diner.
"Busy evening?" she said and jumped up onto one of the stools.
"It's been like this for all day. Another hour and I'm out this joint." Exhausted now, Denim yawned and took a seat beside Quinn, determined to get at least two minutes off her feet.
"The area is probably busy because the circus is in Austin. Everyone is either coming or going."
"That would explain it." Denim blew out another weary breath. The event was great for business, but Pappy had just hired a new waitress who'd never worked in a diner in her life, and they still needed one more to cover the evening shift.
"How are things with you and Jax?"
Denim found her body overheating at the mere mention of his name. "Did you come by to order something to eat or to be nosy?"
"Both," Quinn replied with a saucy grin on her alabaster face. "While you ask Matt to grill me one of his turkey burgers, I want to hear all about you and that wild child."
With a laugh, Denim slid off the stool and yelled the cook Quinn's order then filled water glasses at the counter before replying, "Things are good. Hell, they are better than good."
Quinn clapped her hands merrily. "Good for you! You know every woman in Justice is hating you right about now. You should have seen their faces when the two of you were walking around together at the party. Karen Summers said she saw you riding around town in Jax's BMW."
Welcome to Mayberry where your business is also everyone else's.
"We're officially dating."
Quinn shrieked and started clapping again. She and Jax were doing more than dating, but Denim decided to leave it at that for now. She was in love, but wasn't ready yet to share her feelings with anyone.
The bell dinged. "Order up!"
She reached for a tray then loaded it with food. Smothered pork chops, mashed potatoes and green beans. All her favorites. She carried the tray over to her customer, made sure they didn't need anything else and went back to refilling glasses. When she was done, Quinn waved her hand, signaling for her to come there.
"Denim, did you notice that gorgeous guy at the back, staring this way?" she whispered.
She put down the water pitcher and followed the direction of Quinn's eyes to the rear of the restaurant. The hottie was tall and about their age. He was muscled and raw. From his short, spiky reddish brown hair to the cleft in his chin. His skin was dark, courtesy of the Texas sun. "He's been in here before," she reported. He always sat in the back and often Denim had felt the sizzle of his attention now and again, as if he'd been watching her.
"I wonder if he lives in the area."
Denim shrugged and discreetly shot another glance at the beefy man. "Maybe he just started at the tire plant."
Quinn's eyes sparkled with interest. "There might be hope for me around here after all."
Denim laughed. The way Quinn liked to date, she had a feeling she was a long way from settling down, especially after the way she had reacted over Chayton. She had a feeling Quinn was still holding a crush for him.
The bell dinged again. She noticed the new girl, Leigh, was busy in the back, so she decided to help her out and reached for the tray.
"I'll be back."
"Tell Mr. Hottie I said hello," Quinn whispered as Denim passed, sending her into a fit of laughter.
Denim wiggled her way through a maze of tables. Leigh looked up as she arrived, eyes wide with uncertainty. "Thank you."
"Need some help?" she asked, sympathetically.
The eighteen-year-old looked relieved. "Yes, please. That guy there needs a refill," she said and pointed toward the hottie in the rear.
Denim nodded. "I got him." She walked straight over to him. His gaze followed her movement and she felt her body warm. "I hear you need a refill?"
"I was wondering how long it was going to take you to come see," he said, flashing a white grin. "I would love another glass of iced tea."
"Coming right up." She reached down for his empty glass and carried it back up to the counter.
Quinn was practically sputtering. "OMG! What did he say?"
"He asked for another glass of iced tea." Denim laughed and shook her head, while she reached for a clean glass, filled it with ice and grabbed the pitcher of iced tea.
"At least try to find out if the guy is single."
Denim's brow rose? "Really?"
"Yes, really. I want to know everything about him."
"How about you go back there and ask him yourself?" she teased.
A frown rippled Quinn's brow. "Uh no. I like to be chased."
"I'll see what I can do." She was still shaking her head as she sauntered back to his table. "Here ya go," Denim said with a sassy smile and placed the glass in front of him.
He regarded her with the darkest green eyes, and Denim felt a fluttering at her stomach. There was no denying he was sexy, but there was something in his gaze that was almost chilling.
"How about you take a seat and talk to me," he suggested and patted the chair beside him.
Denim felt a moment of uneasiness and shook her head. "Sorry. I'm working."
His head tipped at a cocky angle. "Then at least tell me your name."
"Denim." She brought a hand to her waist and tried to shake the eerie feeling. "What's your name?"
"Diesel."
His eyes seemed to change colors to a green that resembled the Emerald City. And they were focused, unblinking, like an animal honing in on his prey. A chill ripped through her body as she tried to break the eye contact. But she couldn't. She felt as if she was in a trance, and couldn't look away. "Are you from around here?"
His eyes continued to bore into her as he nodded. "You could say that."
I know who you are.
What? Denim swallowed heavily. His lips hadn't moved! "What did you just say?"
There was something very subtle in his voice as he replied, "I said you could say that." I'm going to kill your boyfriend.
Her skin became clammy. She gasped, blinked and quickly lowered her head. When she looked up again, Diesel's eyes were weird. Not only were they scary, but he was studying her as if he knew she could hear him.
