Saving Dallas 2 Making the Cut(91)

I woke up rested and in the arms of Luke. There was no way this day could get any better. I laid there a long time, enjoying the way his breath tickled my ear. One of his legs was thrown over mine and his left arm was wrapped around my stomach. My head lay on his arm and each of my hands held his. I sighed out loud and the little moan that slipped out was enough to wake Luke from his slumber. He tightened his grip on me and leaned up to place his chin on my shoulder. I turned to him and smiled. His sleepy, sexy face reminding me of how lucky I was, once again.

“Good morning, beautiful. Sleep well?” he asked, raining kisses on my face.

“Mmmm,” I replied, words to describe my night failed me.

“Ready to go home?” Just the thought of seeing the faces of the ones I loved, especially Maddie, caused a rush of excitement to pass through me. I rolled Luke to his back and climbed on top of him, making sure to keep my weight off of his torso. Luke didn’t seem to mind or have the slightest worry about his injuries. I felt him growing hard beneath me and the thoughts of seeing my family went to the back of my mind. Right now, I just needed him inside me. I slid back and forth, gliding my wetness across him.

“Come here, babe. I want to taste you.” I wasn’t quite sure what he meant by that. He read my confused expression and smiled that wicked smile that let me know Luke had something up his sleeve. “I want you to sit on my face, Dallas. I want to taste you.” Fuck. Me. I obliged and crawled over him. My knees straddled his head as my hands gripped the head board in front of me. Luke grabbed my thighs and pulled me down on his face, plunging his tongue inside my pussy. I cried out as I rocked my hips against him. His grip tightened on my thighs, as I rode his face hard. Just before I exploded into an orgasm, he slid from beneath me. I felt his cock at the entrance of my pussy, wet from his mouth and my own juices. He guided himself into me, stroking slow and deep, hitting that spot that I loved so much. I came around him and he pounded me harder, reaching around to rub my clit, intensifying my orgasm. His other hand found my neck, and arched it back towards him so he could whisper in my ear.

“I love this sweet pussy.” His tongue slid across my ear and I shivered from the chill it gave me. Between his fingers, his cock and his voice, I was afraid I would never stop coming-which wasn’t a bad thing. “I missed you, baby. Welcome home.”

Chapter 21

Dallas

I made Luke promise to give me a ‘welcome home’ present when we actually got home- and one every morning for the rest of our lives. He was happy to oblige, but laughed when I told him. He must have thought I was joking. I was not joking. We were in the truck heading back to Luke’s when I saw a pack of motorcycles fly past us on the highway. Luke’s mood took a nosedive and I was reminded about all he had given up for me, but why?

“You miss your club,” I said, hoping I had used the right choice of words to start our conversation.

“I have you,” he said, smiling and grabbing my hand to kiss my fingers.

“Could you not have both?” I asked. I was walking on eggshells. I didn’t want to upset Luke any more than he already was.

“Sometimes, we have to make choices in life and sometimes those choices cause you to lose something you love. Charlie said I had to come alone. My club would not have allowed it. If I would have gone behind their back, I would have betrayed them. If something were to happen to me, I didn’t want them to have to live with it. I made the decision to do it on my own, and take the club out of it. To do that, I had to leave them. It’s a part of life, babe. Don’t think you are at fault. I love that club. I love them so much that I left to protect them. I would do it again in a heartbeat.” His smile was reassuring, but his beautiful blue eyes were full of sorrow. I decided to drop it. Luke didn’t need me reminding him of the choices he had made over the past few days. I’m sure that he thought about them all the time.

We rode in silence, only the sounds of the radio filling the truck. There was no need for words, just the company of one another was enough. I often found Luke staring at me. When I caught him, he would just smile and wink. Damn. Luke and those winks. I heard the rumble of motorcycles and gave a tight smile to Luke, hoping it was enough to soothe the mood they would put him in. Luke’s eyes narrowed when he glanced into the rearview mirror. Fear consumed me as I remembered the time that Frankie’s crew surrounded us when we were stranded on the highway. That wouldn’t be a problem again. Frankie was dead. I was surprised at the adrenaline that pumped through my veins, replacing my fear. I would kill them too, Crazy and Dennis, if I ever saw them. What the hell was I talking about? I wasn’t a killer? I mean, I had killed, but I couldn’t do it again. Could I? Four motorcycles flew past us, then moved over in front of the truck. I looked to Luke and he was smiling. Not just any smile, but that all white teeth baring smile. I looked at him like he was crazy, as motorcycles boxed us in, four in the front, four on each side and two behind us. I was about to lose my shit when I looked out of the window and saw Regg smiling at me. I turned in my seat, looking at the cuts the men wore. The Devil’s Renegades. They were here. All of Luke’s old brothers were here and they were directing us off the interstate and to a truck stop. We pulled in, the bikes lined up perfectly in front of us. I didn’t have time to even get out before my door was jerked open and Regg had me in his arms.
