Amanda's Wolves(74)

By:Becca Jameson

Before the spasms receded, Logan crawled up her frame and thrust into her, pushing the air out of her lungs and sending her right back to the edge, needy and fighting a second orgasm.

He pried her fingers off the bed, threaded his with hers, and hauled them over her head to hold them in place while he made love to her. “Baby. Lord. You drive me out of my mind.” He pulled out slowly and thrust back inside as if his life depended on getting as deep as possible.

She moaned, her clit burning with the need to come again. Every time his groin landed against her, she felt the throbbing desire build.

Over and over he repeated this new pattern of slowly pulling out and rapidly thrusting back in. It felt amazing, and for a second she wondered how many ways he could take her before he had to start repeating some of his moves. It didn’t matter. Every stroke of his skin against her set her on fire, even when they were clothed.

But this…

Suddenly he gave up the fight and fucked her harder, his face tight, his lips tucked in between his teeth. She fought hard to remain focused on his sharp features as he got closer to the edge. She also fought hard to keep from coming, holding on by a thread in hopes she could come with him.

Finally, he released his lips and groaned low and deep, his change in expression setting her off immediately. As her pussy grabbed his cock and squeezed, she closed her eyes once again to savor every second behind her lids.

Heaven. Nothing would ever compare with the sheer rapture of being loved and consumed by her two men.

As she heaved for oxygen, a thought occurred to her. It took root and wormed its way into her conscious mind quickly until she shoved at Logan’s shoulders. “Shit.”

“What, baby?” He lifted his face and stared at her with a frown. “You okay?”

“Condoms. We haven’t used any protection. Ever.” Her heart raced at the thought of getting pregnant. That was the last thing she wanted to happen.

Logan smiled. “You’re safe. We don’t carry diseases.”

“Diseases? I never thought about that. Jesus.” She shoved him harder until he rolled to his side next to her. “I was only thinking about pregnancy.”

“Well that too. You aren’t fertile right now.” He rubbed a hand up her arm. “You can’t get pregnant because you aren’t ovulating. We would never let you conceive without discussing it with you first, Amanda.”

She stared at him, her mouth hanging open, trying to understand what he’d said. “What the hell are you talking about? How would you know if I was ovulating or not?”

“We can smell it.”

This time her eyes shot open wider. She glared at him harder. “Of course you can.” She slapped her forehead as if it were obvious. “What was I thinking?”

Logan sat up and hauled her next to him. “I’m not kidding,” he said as he brushed a lock of hair from her face. “Just like we can scent our mate, we can also scent when she’s fertile. And when the time comes, we’ll know when you’re pregnant also.”

She shuddered. “That’s past insane.”

He smiled. “It just is.”

When would she ever stop receiving surprises?

Mary took a deep breath and settled into her chair, her hands gripping the edge of the desk. When the first mother had shown up that morning and pulled her toddler from the preschool, she’d thought little of it, accepting the woman’s claim that she simply couldn’t afford it anymore that year and intended to keep her child at home.

But now a second family had removed their two children. It couldn’t be a coincidence that both families had been members of her former church.

She grabbed her phone off the desk, and with an eye to the parking lot outside, she dialed Jaz.

“Mary?”

“Yep. You have anyone come in today and unenroll?”

“No, but I don’t like the sound of that. What happened?”

“Two families removed their kids this morning—so far. And they were both from the Church on the Hill.”

“Are you shitting me?” Jazmine whispered, probably hoping to not be overheard by her staff or anyone walking by.

“I wish I was.”

“It’s been almost a year. Why now?”

Mary rubbed her temple with one hand. “I can’t figure it out. Do you think it has anything to do with Amanda?”

“God. I suppose it could, but how does anyone from that church already know Amanda has gotten together with two men? It just happened Friday night, and I’m sure the three of them spent the weekend sequestered in Logan’s condo.”

“True. I’m just brainstorming.”
