“I love you too Zared, so much.”
“I know love.”
Our coupling was wild and uninhibited, even more so than usual. Maybe because I’d faced death and he’d faced losing me, I don’t know. But when he reared up and held both my legs at the ankles, opening me up wide while he looked down between my thighs at the place where our bodies met, I felt all of him them.
“You’re my everything babygirl, always.” I saw the truth of those words in his eyes before he turned his head and bit into the inside of my ankle, right where the anklet that bore his name lay.
Epilogue
I watched my wife and my sons sleep, standing guard over them always as I had been since they’d been in her womb. Not that I had any fear of anyone getting close to them. I’d taken extra measures to see that that never happened again. She still didn’t know that her collar was multipurpose, and I had no intentions on telling her.
She’d come a long way since her days of defiance, but there were still times when she needed to be brought to heel. I didn’t want her going off halfcocked one day and tossing the damn collar out of anger and putting herself in danger.
The two who’d gone after her had been dealt with and won’t be a problem for us again. Now we’d settled into our life together and she’d just given me the greatest gift beside herself, our sons. The first of many!
