Soul-Bonded to the Alien(37)

“Too dark for the sun?”

“Don’t change it for me.”

“Too late, we’ll go shopping whenever you want. That way we can make it our space.”

“Cal, I’m not trying to change you.”

“I changed when we soul bonded. I became something I never was before and so did you. Now we have to find our way together, that’s the hardest part. A furniture change, some paint, now that’s no big deal. What do you think of having Victor paint a mural on one of the walls?”

“Really? I would love that.”

She walked around the room picturing it with a woman’s touch. She never got into decorating when she moved into her own apartment, it didn’t seem worth the time. Now excitement ran through her. The thought of making this suite a home had decorating ideas she’d made note of through the years coming to mind. It would be fun.

She was floored, it really would be fun. She spent so many lonely days moping around that fun was no longer in her vocabulary. She’d laughed more in the last two days than in the past year. Of course, there was also more adventure in her life now as well as danger. Her nerve endings tingled, she felt alive for the first time in what felt like forever.

Looking at Cal, she smiled. He was the reason, he really was sunshine whether he knew it or not. The brightness she felt within herself started with him. Walking over to where he was seated on the couch, she leaned in for a quick kiss.

“Cal, would you show me your Matra?”

“Paige, are you sure?”

“Well yeah. It wouldn’t do for me to walk out of the bedroom and start screaming because he was sitting on the sofa.”

“We won’t hurt you.”

“I know, can he speak?”

“Yes.”

She took off the coat she was still clinging to like a security blanket. She put it away allowing it to rest among his clothes. Grinning, she sat on the couch. Small steps she told herself as she prepared herself not to be afraid.

He stood pulling his sweater and tee over his head revealing a hard muscled chest.

Her hands twitched with the desire to trace each muscle, to lick and nibble at him. His nipples fascinated her; she could play with them forever. Although she’d rather explore that small patch of hair that started low on his abdomen and disappeared into his pants.

She twitched, becoming increasingly more uncomfortable as her body heated up. The pleasure from last night teased her mind making her want a repeat as she throbbed wanting him to fill her. The thought of him, big and thick, thrusting into her brought a strangled sound from her lips.

“Paige, are you alright?”

“Never better. Still waiting to see your Matra.”

He took off his pants revealing the fact that he wore boxers.

“Not a briefs kind of guy?” She gave him a sexy look.

“Briefs are too tight with all of this.” He causally waved his hand in front of himself.

Paige found herself laughing despite herself. It appeared that males, no matter what planet they were from, were always proud of what they were packing.

“The jury’s out until I see for myself.”

“Just say the word, Sunshine.”

He changed. It was a blink of an eye. One moment he was standing before her then his Matra was there. No wonder she thought it was a monster. He was huge. The boxers that barely clung to his lean hips were filled out now by his Matra. Unless she missed her guess, his Matra was anatomically correct, also. If Cal was half the size in his Arbrin form it would be a snug fit. She twitched again thinking of having all of him stuffed inside of her. Turning her mind away from hot sweaty sex, she looked at Cal’s Matra.

Cal stood even taller in his other form. His build reminded her of some body builders she’d watched on television. Every muscle was bulging, she could see every line in this thighs, arms, and chest. She felt shocked by her desire to touch him. His face was attractive after you got past the fact that it obviously wasn’t human. It was the long shape, more of a triangle shape than an oval one that screamed not human. He had a fine layer of hair over his body that her fingers wanted to pet. His skin looked striped with deeper browns reminding her of a wild cat. The more she looked at him the more she became comfortable and her body began to respond to him.

He really wasn’t monstrous looking. Although if she met him in a dark alley she would still scream and run.

“Hi, I’m Paige.”

“I know who you are, Sunshine.” His voice came out low and deep.

“So you’re Cal, just in a different form.”

“We are Matra, the same but different in this form. The other form we are Arbrin, also the same but different.”

“I am trying to understand.”
