Shifters in the Shadows(196)
He leaned down over me, pressing me into the bed with his weight as his hips pistoned, hard and relentless.
He pulled out of me and in one quick roll he had me on my stomach underneath him, and without breaking stride he filled me full again, this time from behind.
He smacked my ass between strokes, and I knew he was watching my ass cheeks turn pinker with every loud, solid smack before thrusting into me and driving me into the bed again.
His fingers found their way under me, rubbing my clit as he pounded into me from behind.
I fought my way to my knees, thrusting my ass back to meet him and getting on all fours instead of my stomach.
He made me come again, his angry, frantic need and stinging spankings driving me over the edge again.
I threw my head back and called out his name as he chanted, "Yes, baby. Just like that. Take me. Take all of me as I take all of you."
After he spoke I felt his weight shift and he covered my back with his front, he kissed my shoulder, then bit down hard, using me to muffle his own orgasmic yell as his strokes got faster but shallower.
He was balls deep in me and stayed there, only pulling out an inch or two before rocking hard again. He bit harder and his grip on me tightened and I knew he was coming.
"Mine. Always mine. Forever mine," his chanted words as he shot himself deep inside of me, filling me full with his hot, sticky need made me smile a very happy, contented, satisfied smile into the bed he had me pinned into, under him, exactly where I wanted to be.
Forever.
Epilogue
The Halloween party was in full swing when Cole and I made our grand entrance. Cole wore his bloody scrubs and surgical mask and my nurse's outfit was whole again. It seemed a little thing like having it cut off of me the year before was nothing the abilities in the afterlife couldn't stitch together again.
I could've taken any form, of course. As could Cole, but the tried and true bloody doctor and nurse running the asylum really couldn't be beat.
We'd been looking forward to this party all year long, though we'd kept ourselves entertained by christening every single old room in this place. Every table, every bed. We'd wanted to infuse this old place with some good memories to counter all the bad we knew this old building must have had more than its fair share of in the past.
We'd been really surprised that it hadn't been haunted all along, but in our time here we'd never run into any others like us.
Occasionally some daring or horny teens would sneak into the place—Fridays that fell on the 13th of the month were particularly popular. We'd do what we could to give them all a story to leave here with—we figured it was our duty.
I smiled as I watched the waitresses circle the room with their themed shots and snacks, happy to be where I was this year versus where I'd been the last time I attended this party. Last year I'd been desperate to leave the past behind and start living again, who'd have guessed that embracing my future would lead me back to Cole?
It was just as I'd always said, a love like ours was eternal.
As Cole and I looked the crowd over, enjoying the party we were finally able to partake of all the way through, I laughed as I overheard a couple dressed as Jack and Sally from The Nightmare Before Christmas teasing each other, daring each other to go deeper into the asylum.
He had a sly glint in his eyes, the glint that meant he was hoping that she'd be so scared that she'd jump into his arms, turning to him to protect her. She had a similar smile curving her lips, only her smile said she'd be happy to pretend to be scared, so he could ease her fears, and a few other things, in a private back room sometime during the night that lay ahead of them.
As I heard Jack say to Sally, "I've heard this place is really haunted," I pulled Cole out onto the dancefloor, turned to him and grinned up at him. He wrapped his arms around me and squeezed my ass as I offered my lips for a kiss.
As we began to dance, unseen in the crowd, I thought, it wasn't really haunted before, but it is now…
