Nights of Sin(3)

“Thank you.”

With her humiliation complete, she made her way toward the door.

“Where are you going?”

She spun around and saw him leaning against the wall once again. He seemed to fill every room, but it must have something to do with him being over six feet tall.

“Home.”

Corey surprised her even more as he escorted her out of the club, and even flagged down a cab, handing the driver some money.

“You didn’t need to do that.”

“Again, I do what I want, and no one is going to stop me.” He gave her a wink, and she was left somewhat shocked by his attention. Corey didn’t stop for anyone.

Making his way down to the basement, Corey walked over toward Nathan who was observing the room.

“No one needed me down here,” Nathan said.

“I know.”

Nathan turned toward him. “What could I possibly have been doing wrong to you?”

“The brunette, stay away from her.”

“She’s been here the past four weeks, and you’ve not even approached her.” Nathan’s hands turned to fists. He wouldn’t fight. No one fought within the club. It was a strict rule that would end up with instant expulsion.

“Don’t go near the brunette.”

“For fuck’s sake. It’s not like you’re even going to spend all that much time with her. What? You’re going to fuck her and forget her?”

“What more were you going to do?” Corey asked. “You think you’re going to find a little submissive here? You wouldn’t even take her down here.”

“This is not the room for everyone.”

The dungeon room was for the darker fantasies. Some of the men and women had kidnapping fantasies, which were played out here. This was what made the club so unique. It was all safe, but it also held a high standard that if anyone got hurt, there were always consequences for their actions.

“The brunette is not yours.”

“Alexa. Her name is Alexa, and don’t worry. She’s spent so much time watching you, I decided to cut her a break. Some women should be shown more attention than anyone has shown her.” Nathan shook his head. “I’m surprised she has gone four weeks without a guy approaching her. She’s fucking beautiful, and she doesn’t even know it. Four weeks I’ve watched as she sat at that bar, watching you, and I fucking watched her. No guy made a single move on her.”

“There’s a reason for that.”

“You, again?”

Corey raised his brow. He wasn’t in the habit of defending his actions. Rarely did he actually do it. “This is the last time I’ll say this, stay away from her.”

He walked off and was stopped by Nathan calling to him.

“What makes you think she’s even going to want to do anything with you?” Nathan asked.

Smirking, he faced the other man. “Like you said, I’ve got four weeks, and she’s been watching me.”

He left the basement and made his way toward the main part of the club, but he veered off, going toward the secluded main offices where William, the club’s owner, would be going through accounts, and all the things important to running a successful sex club.

Entering the office without knocking, he watched as William didn’t even bother to raise his head.

“Who have you insulted now?” William asked.

“How did you know it was me?”

“You don’t knock. Everyone else actually knocks when they require my attention. You, however, never do.” He dropped his pen, and leaned back in his chair. “Well?”

“I want information.”

“And you think I can give it to you?”

“A brunette, Alexa, I want to know about her.”

William shook his head. “It’s not going to happen.”

“You know who I’m talking about.”

“I know exactly who you’re talking about. Alexa turned up as Becca’s plus one a few weeks ago. After that night, she paid for exclusive access to the club, and besides tonight, she has not ventured anywhere else but the main bar, not even using any of the private rooms.” William ran a finger across his bottom lip. “Why do you want the information?”

“Curiosity.”

“No. You don’t do things by being curious, Corey. No other woman has ever drawn you to looking at her information.”

He smiled. William was a friend, and they’d grown up together.

“I won’t share any information from the file.”

“No, you tell me what makes this woman different from the others? You know I’ve had women complain that you don’t give them the time of day.”

“I know there are many rumors about me within the walls of the club. They’re wrong of course. I’d have used the women months ago, and there’d be no point in coming here.”
