Murphy(20)

By:Sam Crescent

He took a step closer to her. Before she could react his hand went between her thighs, touching her heated flesh. Gasping, Tate couldn’t fight him. She wasn’t wearing any underwear, and the air between them changed. Staring into his eyes, Tate felt his touch go from hard to soft. His fingers didn’t probe at her but stroked.

She saw his face change as well. There was no longer a fierce look on his face. His other hand cupped her face, caressing her cheek.

The fight left her. Tate didn’t have the energy to be angry anymore. All she felt was the lust and the pain at his betrayal. Gasping for breath, she allowed herself this one night. What happened in Vegas, stayed in Vegas, and for once she could have this without any fear.

Catching his face between her hands, she tugged him down. Smashing her lips against his, Tate took the kiss she wanted from his lips.

“Tate, baby, please,” he said, breaking the kiss. “Let me explain.”

She shook her head. “No, no explaining. No nothing.”

“I’m sorry.”

Pressing her lips to his, Tate cut off his apology. She couldn’t listen to it now. There was no way she could listen to anything he said. Pushing the jacket from his shoulders, Tate fisted her hands in his shirt. This was what she wanted tonight, nothing else.

One night. One night without fear. One night without arguments.

Tate wanted one night to forget the past between them. Closing her eyes, she slid her tongue into his mouth and transported herself in her mind back to their first kiss. She went back to her prom night where some people had laughed at Murphy being her date. The night had been lame, the dance awful with crap music and crap awards people gave each other to remember the glory days. The only upside of the whole experience had been Murphy. He was by her side with his arms wrapped around her, and she’d relished every single second of it.

He’d taken her outside to look up at the stars, and the music was still beating out to where they stood. After they admitted their feelings to each other, Murphy held her close and they’d danced. She’d been caught by his gaze, and then his head had lowered. Like in a dream, he’d kissed her deeply, making love to her mouth.

Opening her eyes, Tate pulled away from him. She wanted her prom night before he got the call that pulled him away from her. It hadn’t been the call that put him in The Lions nest. No, it had been the call that started it. She knew it as she looked at him, older, harder, and sexier than he’d been eight years ago.

Had it really only been eight years since her prom?

Counting back, she knew it was. Eight years without ever feeling his naked body against her. It was pitiful. She may use sex toys, but she’d never taken another man. In her heart and mind she’d been Murphy’s woman. When he’d left without a word, breaking her heart, she hadn’t been able to let anyone else get close to her. Licking her lips, she stepped out of his arms. Eight years was a long time to wait for him, too fucking long.

Swallowing past her nerves, she reached behind her loosening the zipper holding her dress together. If she gave herself to him then maybe she could finally move on and not spend her life dwelling on what might have been.

“Tate, what are you doing?” he asked.

“What does it look like I’m doing?” She wiggled out of the dress until it fell at her feet. Stepping out of the dress, she kicked it aside. Removing her bra, she threw that on top of the dress, facing him completely naked. Next, she released her hair from the clip binding her hair. “I’m getting ready to be fucked.”

He didn’t move or say anything. Smiling, she stepped closer. His jacket was on the floor, revealing his tattooed arms. She’d sat with him through each tattoo. Running her hands up his arms, she caressed over each design. They were intricate, beautiful, and they brought back memories of watching his body be marked.

“Tate.” He said her name as if he was going to tell her stop.

Gripping the top if his shirt, she tore it from his body, cutting through his warning. She wasn’t going to stop. Tonight she was going to have her one night with him.

“Where’s Kelsey and Eva?” she asked.

“Tiny and Killer are taking care of them.”

“Will Killer hurt her?”

“No.”

“Good,” she said, grabbing his buckle. “We’re doing this tonight. Tell me you don’t want to, and I’ll stop. We’ll stop, and nothing else happens.”

Opening the buckle she pushed his jeans down his thighs revealing his thick cock to her touch.

She touched him, wrapping her fingers around his length and started to work him over. “Tell me to stop, Murphy. Turn around, walk out the door, and it’ll be over. No more fighting, no problems.”
