In His Bed(16)
“Perfect,” he said as his hand fanned across one breast and squeezed. “So firm. I can feel your pretty, stiff nipple. Are they pretty, Lea? I bet they’re dark-pink, perfect for sucking.” He knelt farther under the water. Out of desperation, or self-preservation, she gripped his hand and squeezed.
He leaned in, his hot breath tickling the shell of her ear. “Tell me, Lea…are your nipples hard for me? For my mouth?”
Her lips gaped open. He knew exactly what she needed. She wasn’t one to like pain in bed, but, in his bed, a little roughness would easily make her come. She tried to step back, but he used his leg to block her retreat. His fingers continued their devastating caress. “Colin, please. I don’t think we should do this.” She heard Hernandez yell something about hearing a car door and she tried again to pull away. She leaned close, keeping her voice just above a whisper. “I-I’m confused right now.”
“Tell me you don’t want me and I’ll let you go.” When he flicked the tip of her aching nipple her womb seized and rippled. Could a woman come like this, pushed over the edge by a man’s sexy voice and no more than a simple touch? The fever seeping through her core felt as if it could be possible with Colin’s capable hands. “Tell me if you feel this between us. Tell me you want to touch me as much as I want to touch you.”
“Hey, guys, want me to catch the door? I think it’s the pizza guy,” Hernandez said as he swam toward the steps.
Colin, unfazed, ignored his partner. “Tell me, Lea.” Her throat tightened with panic as Hernandez swam closer. “Lea?”
She gripped his forearm and pulled. “Yes,” she said on a frustrated sigh. “Yes, I want to touch you.”
The clouds overhead swayed, dipping Colin’s face into shadow. When he tipped his gaze up, his dark expression made her thighs twitch. God, yes, she wanted to do more than touch his strong shoulders. Every cell in her body screamed to spread her legs and let him inside.
She watched him slide his hand under the water. Firm fingertips gripped the flesh on her side and squeezed. Pulling her off balance, Colin brought their bodies together. “You,” he whispered against her neck, “are going to fucking kill me.”
Lea gasped, feeling as if she’d been dunked under the surface. Pushing away from his tight chest, she filled her lungs and blew out. On weak legs, she waded over to the steps and climbed out of the water.
Passing one of the lounge chairs, she grabbed a towel and headed into the house. “Wait!” She could see the silhouette of the pizza guy outside the frosted glass on the front door. When she opened the door, the spicy, sweet aroma of red sauce filled the air. “Sorry,” she said, handing him cash.
By the time she got back outside, the guys were getting out of the pool. Lea’s grip on the boxes wavered as she watched Colin scrub the water off his arms. Each time he reached up, the tight muscles in his shoulders and biceps flexed. With every movement, she felt her pussy vibrate.
Removing herself from the temptation was the best option. “I’ll grab some plates.”
She set the pizza boxes on the patio table and walked back inside. When she returned, Colin had already grabbed a piece of pizza. Doing her best to divert her attention from his wet trunks, she slid a slice on a plate.
Hernandez made a comment about work. While they discussed a case her eyes were drawn to of the muscles lining Colin’s calves, the way his butt lifted high in the black and blue shorts. Lea thought about the padding around waist. When Colin twisted and turned the tight skin on his stomach barely moved. They were so different. He was hard angles with firm planes while she was flowing lifts and soft dips.
She set the plate on the table and sat down. Colin pulled out the chair next to her, but not before she caught a glimpse of those twin strips running along the lower half of his abdomen. The trunks hung loose revealing the V that made all women weak in the knees. Colin’s made Lea weak in the pussy, breasts, stomach—hell, everywhere.
Thunder cracked in the distance bringing their attentions skyward. Dark clouds peppered the sky blocking out the sun and forming shadows on the water’s surface. “It’s coming,” Colin said and started to gather the boxes of pizza. The thunder boomed again, this time bringing with it the pouring rain.
Lea squealed and ran for the back door. As the sunny evening turned into a late spring storm, they sat in the kitchen finishing the pizza. “I’m going to head out,” Hernandez said as he got up and tugged his T-shirt over his head. “See you in the morning. Remember, lunch is on you, buddy.”
