CHAPTER 30
Reid
We have two days in Milan to fuck and sleep and eat, and walk around like tourists with not a care in the world.
The exhibition on the third day is a treat for Holly. I know she’d like me to go with her and that she’s nervous about meeting Pablo, but I have work to do. So I go with her in the limo and I do the introductions, and then set up my office in the back of the car while she enjoys looking at endless fabrics with Pablo and a couple of his buyers.
“The exhibition was fantastic,” Holly tells me when she comes out. “I have so many new ideas from it, I filled half a notebook. It was so exciting. To be part of that…”
On the last day of our trip, we go to Pablo’s Italian office and I kiss Holly and wish her luck. I’m impressed by her portfolio, by the clothes she’s worn here that she designed, but I know nothing about fashion.
She goes into the building looking perfect (at least to my eyes) and comes out with a beaming smile.
“He loves a lot of my designs and the ideas I had at the fabric exhibition yesterday. He thinks I might be a good fit for the New York office he’s opening in September.”
“New York? And not until summer is over? Fantastic. I thought he might snatch you away to L.A. right away. So now we really can celebrate.”
The chauffeur drives us back to the hotel, and I text ahead to make sure there will be flowers to greet her on arrival in our suite and Champagne on ice.
“I’m so happy,” she says. “Everything is working out perfectly. Thanks to you.”
“No, that’s all due to you. Your portfolio. Your designs. They must have impressed him.”
Holly loves the flowers, an enormous bouquet of exotic blooms in all the colors of the rainbow. She puts them down and thanks me with a kiss.
“I have an outfit that I haven’t worn yet. I think I might put it on after dinner,” she says.
“Why not wear it for dinner?”
“This one is for your eyes only.”
“Then I have to see it before dinner.”
“It’s a bit of a throwback to the seventies.”
“I don’t care what it throws back, just put it on.”
She goes to get changed, and then she comes out of the bedroom into the main part of the suite. As soon as I see her tits bouncing in that wisp of a thing, my cock springs to attention.
“Fuck, Holly! You’re trying to kill me. I love it.”
She twirls around, the fine gauzy fabric of the short baby doll top floating around her, revealing the matching sheer panties in the palest shade of peach. The fabric has several layers, so the whole thing is not quite see-through, more subtle than that, but skims over her leaving everything tantalizingly just visible below.
“You can rip this one off.” She grins at me. “I can make another.”
“I wouldn’t dream of it. All your hard work. I’m going to fuck you in it, though. And that’s not going to wait until after dinner, either.”
CHAPTER 31
Holly
We are late going to dinner, and my creation looks much the worse for wear by the time we do, but I don’t care. As we enter the dining room, I feel like I’m walking on a cloud. I’m on Reid’s arm, fresh out of the shower, wearing my red dress, the one he loves to take off, and I’m sure I won’t be wearing it for long once we go back to our suite.
I love being with Reid. I love everything about him. I wasn’t wrong to have a crush on him all these years. He was well worth waiting for. I’m happy he’s my first, and I want him to be my only, but I don’t know what he plans for me.
He tells me I make him happy, and I can see how he is with me. I’ve seen him on this trip, deep in a serious transatlantic conversation about his work, a scowl on his face, and then he looks up at me and breaks out into a smile as if he can’t help it.
I’ve seen him make sure I have everything I need while he works. And he’s bought me gifts, thoughtful gifts, sometimes expensive gifts, but I don’t need them to know how much he cares.
“It’s our last night here,” he says, after we’ve eaten the delicious food that looked like some kind of beautiful artwork on the plate and tasted even better. “It’s been a good trip. One of the best.”
“I’ve enjoyed every minute, but you’ve been stuck in your car working for big chunks of it.”
“I got a lot done. I think I’ll get a car office in New York.” He laughs.
“What time do we leave tomorrow?”
“The car will pick us up at ten.”
“I’ll be sad to go home, but it will be good to see Jack and Katie again. They’ll be so excited to see you.”
