Dimitri's Forbidden Submissive(8)

Not used to being out of his element, he found himself paying more attention to what Rya was saying than the erotic visual of her being bathed. “What is a biker club?”

To his surprise her expression closed down and she gave him an apologetic smile. “Sorry, I can’t talk about it. Club business.”

“Of course. May I ask what your full name is?”

“Why?”

“I am curious about you. Often you can tell something about someone by their full name.”

She shrugged and he marveled at her trusting nature. “Rya Marie DeLuca.”

“Marie DeLuca, you are part Italian? Sicily?”

Her laughter echoed through the room and she sat forward while Katya scrubbed her back. “Among other things, yes, I’m Italian.”

“What other blood do you have flowing in your veins?”

“Well, I’m fourth generation American so I have quite a bit of blood. Italian, German, French, Spanish, and even some Havasupai.”

“What is Havasupai?”

“They’re a Native American tribe in the US desert southwest. My grandfather on my Mom’s side was full blood Havasupai.”

“You are interesting woman. If you will excuse me for a moment I must attend to some business.”

Leaving the room, he took out his cell phone and called one of his trusted men.

After two rings Stefan picked up. “Hello, Dimitri. How is America?”

“Good. I need you to do a background check for me.”

“Of course.”

“Her name is Rya Marie DeLuca. American, part of the Submissive’s Wish Auction.”

“Age?”

“Probably early to mid twenties, maybe between twenty three and twenty five. She is five foot three, with brown hair and hazel eyes.”

“Any idea what region she is from?”

He frowned, trying to think if he could place her slight accent. “She is not from the southern United States, but other than that I do not know. Her father passed before she was born and his name was Ryan. He was part of a biker club. I want information on this club as well.”

“When do you need this information?”

“As soon as possible. And this is confidential, understood?”

“Of course.”

He hung up and tapped his phone against his mouth, his thoughts totally occupied by Rya. Maybe if he knew more about her his obsession with her would lessen. Yes, he was sure that once he had sex with her she would lose her appeal. But he didn’t want to rush her. She deserved to have her desires attended to.

Dimitri had no idea how long he’d been standing there, staring out the window and trying to tell himself that his interest in Rya wasn’t dangerous before movement from the bathroom caught his attention. Dressed only in a thick white towel, Rya smiled at him as she walked into his room with a definite sway to her hips. The sunlight made her skin glow as if she was lit from within, and he was suffused with the need to kiss her pink cheeks and fill his hands with her water-warmed breasts.

“Thank you for lending me your bath.”

He took a step forward, needing to touch the damp skin of her neck with his lips. “My bath is very lucky to have such beauty in it.”

Katya rubbed her cheek against Rya’s shoulder like an affectionate kitten and Rya reached back, stroking her face. “I’ll take Katya back to my room now.”

“No.” Both women startled at his stern voice, so he tried to soften his expression and reassure them. “Please, use my room.”

“Why?”

He told her the truth. “I do not think you safe alone.”

She smiled at him, the dimple that he wanted to kiss so badly showing up again. “I can assure you, I know how to take care of myself. Besides, who would hurt us here?”

Gritting his teeth, he wanted to tell her about Borya, how the man was responsible for running the prostitution network for the Sokolov Bratva and was always looking for new women, but she had no need to hear any of that. That, in and of itself, did not make Borya a bad person. After all, Dimitri was responsible for the prostitutes who worked for his family, but unlike Dimitri, Borya bought and sold women on the black market, addicting them to cheap drugs and using them in his whorehouses until they died.

With these thoughts racing through his head he tried to keep his face blank and shrugged. “There is danger everywhere.”

“You’re really worried about me, aren’t you?”

Disconcerted by her ability to read him, he didn’t bother to lie. “Yes.”

Tilting her head to the side, Rya examined him from beneath her lashes. “I don’t feel like it’s fair to you to play without you being able to participate. I would…that is…well, Katya isn’t mine to share. Do you understand?”
