What the hell was he doing to me? I had never craved sex so much before.
He moved to his own sweet rhythm as he made love to me against the tree. Zack picked up the pace, gliding in and out of me as I screamed his name into the quiet woods.
As we came, he held me to him. I leant into his hard body as our breathing evened out.
That was spectacular! Again!
He looked into my eyes and kissed me sweetly. His lovely mouth entwined with mine in a tender kiss. I could still feel him moving inside me. Just then, we heard a crackle in the bushes like someone was there. We both froze and held our breath. I could feel his heart beating in time with mine.
“What was that?” I whispered.
“I don’t know. We better get out of here.”
We quickly dressed, feeling unnerved by the noises. Zack helped me to mount Rio and then confidently mounted Ace.
He looked so sexy on horseback, so commanding, so very hot.
As I helped Billy put the horses away, Alan walked past and looked at me strangely. I wondered if he was the one skulking around in the woods.
That night after dinner, I decided to take a walk over to the stables to clear my head.
I really shouldn’t have fallen in love with Zack. I was a pathetic lovesick idiot.
It was a big mistake, no, a huge mistake.
If and when he found out I was actually an undercover detective, he wouldn’t be able to trust me ever again.
I slipped quietly into Puzzle’s stable block and he was standing facing the back walk of the stable.
“Puzzle, here boy,” I called to him softly.
After a few minutes he turned around and headed over to me. He let me stroke his face.
“You can groom him if you want,” Billy said.
“Thank you, Billy. You are working late.”
“Yes, Alan and I are having a long overdue sort out this weekend.”
I went into his stable and started to brush him. He nuzzled into me, nudging me with his nose.
“He likes you, Jennifer. He never usually does that.”
“Do you think he would let me ride him?”
“Well, you can try but you will need a back protector and gloves on. You best check with Mr Cole first.”
“Okay, I will ask him and pop back in the morning.”
After bidding Billy goodnight, I literally bumped into Alan.
“Sorry Alan, I didn’t see you there.”
“No, you didn’t see me earlier in the woods either but I saw you and Mr Cole screwing! You put quite a show on and you seemed to love it. It was very exciting and I was touching myself watching you. In fact I filmed you. Do you want to see?” he leered, showing me his phone.
Alan moved in really close to me as my body stiffened. The smell of stale sweat, booze and cigarettes was really strong. He was really repulsive. I placed my hands on his chest and pushed him away.
“Go to hell, you sick pervert” I shouted at him as I ran towards the house.
Chapter Thirteen
I tossed and turned in bed, longing for Zack’s company. I was unable to sleep. Eventually I gave up and decided to pay him a visit.
As I stole along the wide hallway I could hear him talking to someone on the phone quietly.
“Look David, I have told you, we need to move on this. The company is going down without the merger. You really need to get on board. I will speak to you in the morning,” Zack shouted.
I knocked quietly at the door.
“Come in.”
“Hi, I’m not disturbing you, am I?”
“No, it’s fine.”
He was sitting on an armchair and I went over and sat on his lap. His bare smooth chest was warm as I snuggled into his welcome embrace.
“You seem tense.”
“I am. David is a complete idiot. I should just fire him and be done with it.”
“Oh dear, well try and relax,” I told him, kissing him.
“You make me feel better, Jennifer.”
“Just part of the housekeeper service I provide!”
He smiled and looked longingly at me. I knew that look.
“Can I stay with you tonight? I will make sure they don’t see me.”
“I would love that. I don’t like being apart from you, baby.”
“Me neither. I have got used to being near you. I love it, Zack.”
He pulled me to a sitting position on top of his lap and looked directly into my eyes.
“You are so lovely, Jennifer. What did I do to deserve you?”
“Are you kidding me? You are the most amazing man I have ever met. From the moment I met you, I wanted you, craved you and needed you.”
“Well, I am all yours, baby,” he said as he trailed kisses along my jaw line.
His tongue fluttered along my neck as I wrapped my hands into his beautiful thick blond hair.
“I need to tell you something, Zack. We might have a bit of a problem. I had a run in with Alan earlier. He saw us in the woods. He was pretty vile about it. He filmed us, Zack, the sick weirdo.”
