Be Bad For Me(33)

"Is that what I said?" He pretended not to remember.

"Yes, you said you wanted to have sex with me all night long the moment  you saw me." Annette could recall that night like was just yesterday.

"That's not exactly what I said. I said that I wanted to fuck the living daylights out of you."

"That, too," Annette said, feeling as though a thousand butterflies had  suddenly woken up in her stomach. Even though the obvious invitation was  enticing, she wanted to be serious. "And you said just last week that  you tell girls from the beginning … no … off the bat, is what you said … what  you want from them. So, is sex what you want from me?"

"I want you. All of you. What I want from you is your mind, your body, and your soul. All of it."

"What if I'm not ready to give you all that?"

"We have time. I'm not asking for you to hand over anything to me tonight."

"I just came out of a relationship and I feel that it would not be fair  to you or myself to jump back into another one. I just--"

He interrupted her by placing his hand on the back of her neck and  pulling her in for a kiss. He kneaded and massaged her lips with his  until her brain turned into soft putty. She lifted her hand and pressed  it against his chest, kneading the muscles there. Oh, he felt so good.  She encouraged him by welcoming his tongue into her mouth and she gave  him hers in return. His hands were gently kneading the nape of her neck  causing shivers to shoot down her spine. She liked the way that he ran  his fingers down the length of hair, down her back, and to the top of  her jeans. His hands slipped dangerously into the seam of her pants  giving him a feel of the silk thongs peeking out at the top. She felt  his fingers running under the string, touching her skin at the same  time. Both of his hands went down to her waist and before she knew it,  he had lifted her onto his laps, as if she weighed nothing at all. Her  thighs were straddling his lap and he never missed a beat kissing her.

She pulled away to catch her breath. "Jordan, if we continue like this  our friendship will be lost. What if we don't work out? I don't want to  lose our friendship."

She didn't really know if he was paying attention to a word she was  muttering because his lips were on the nape of her neck, kissing her  there. He stuck his tongue out and licked each side of her neck. He  pulled her body up closer, bent down and placed kisses on her  collarbone. She heard herself gasp out loud, when she felt his chin  lingering at the tops of her breasts. She suddenly wondered why she wore  the revealing tube top. His lips moved lower and he was now kissing her  there. Annette could feel the seat of her panties getting warmer and  warmer. She didn't want him to stop, so she placed her hand on his head,  persuading him to continue. He moved back and forth from the top of her  left breast to the top of her right breast. He even kissed and licked  her cleavage. One time his tongue dipped so low into her tube top that  it almost touched the tops of her already hardened nipples. Then, he  shocked her. Right there, under the moonlight, on a public bench, he  tugged on the bottom of her tube top, revealing her breasts to the night  air. He wasted no time taking a nipple into his mouth and sucking. His  tongue circled each areola and cylinder shaped nipples. He gave each  nipple equal attention. Jordan wasn't lying when he said that he was a  biter. She felt his teeth gently nipping at the little buds. He applied  the right amount of pressure and it felt exquisite. Annette didn't even  notice that she was working her pussy over the obvious hard-on in his  pants. Suddenly, she realized what they were doing and where they were  at. She pulled herself away while he was busy sucking on her nipple and  pulled up her top.

"I'm sorry. I can't."

"Annette, what are you afraid of? Are you afraid of me?"

"Not of you … just afraid of being hurt again."

"I won't hurt you like that. I can promise you that."

"Okay, Jordan," she whispered. She remained on his lap.

She rested her head on his shoulders and they sat there just like that  for a long time, until Annette finally decided it was ready for her to  go home. It had been a long day and she still hadn't had time to process  all the things, good and bad, that happened.

Chapter 19

Throughout the following week, Annette went out riding with Jordan  almost every evening. In fact, she couldn't wait to come home on days  after work, get dressed up just for Jordan, and make the drive to his  townhome. Some evenings he picked her up on the motorcycle as well.  Jordan certainly kept her mind off the bad. She looked forward to seeing  him and welcomed the fun they always had and the laughter she shared  with him. They talked for hours on end and discovered that they shared  some of the same passions from favorite movies, pet peeves, and taste in  music to similar short and long-term future goals. Bianca and Denise  were certainly her best friends, but then Jordan was definitely in that  league with them. She and Jordan were just best friends who shared an  innocent kiss every now and then. And every time he kissed her, the  feelings for him were intensified. She figured that before long the  intensity would die down after he realized that she was still afraid to  commit herself only weeks after her relationship ended with Anthony.  Annette had already thought about this and she decided that she'd rather  have Jordan as a friend forever than have him be considered as an ex  that she had to avoid forever. No, she was not going to risk their  friendship for a night in bed with him. She had already made the  decision.

"You hungry after all that?" It was Friday night and she and Jordan had  just arrived at his townhome after almost two hours of giving her  lessons on how to ride the motorcycle in a deserted parking lot. Annette  had plans to get her motorcycle license within the next two months. She  and Jordan had already talked about. He still told Annette that he  would still be hesitant to let her on her own too early.

"Very." She nodded, taking off her helmet.

"What about pizza? My treat."

"Pizza's good."

"I'll call in a delivery once we get inside," he said, as she followed  him to his doorstep, "You know, since it's the weekend and we're both  off tomorrow, maybe we can watch movies downstairs."

"I would like that. I've wanted to check out that home theatre of yours anyway."

When they opened the door they were greeted by Troy, Travis, Mike, Tara,  Nick, and another unfamiliar female. Mike, Tara, Troy, and the other  female were having drinks in the kitchen, so she figured that Troy and  this female were together. Travis, who is TJ's brother and his friend  Nick were watching a basketball game on TV. That's the other thing she  liked about hanging out with Jordan … wherever you went with him, there  was certainly entertainment.

"Hey, you two. How's the weather out? Is it raining, yet?" Travis greeted them.

"Not raining, yet. Is it supposed to?" Jordan asked, tossing his keys on the coffee table.

"We're under thunderstorm watch," Travis said.

"Annette, they say that you're learning how to ride," Nick said, as she  and Jordan took seats next to them on the oversized sectional.

"Yeah. Not as easy as learning to ride a bicycle, but I'm catching on pretty quickly," she replied.

"Does that mean we might have a new member," Nick asked Jordan. "We can sure use the eye candy in our group."

"Eye candy?" Annette raised her eyebrows at Nick indifferently.  Certainly, he didn't think she was some piece of meat to be shown off on  the backs of their bikes.

"I didn't mean it like that, honey," Nick's attention was now on her  body, "I was just saying that you are not only down to earth, but also  hot. If Jordan doesn't initiate you under him, then I'll take you in  anytime." Annette didn't miss the seductive stare that Nick was giving  her. It was the kind of stare she always got from guys who wanted to get  in her pants.

Annette smiled. It was nice to know that she could still seduce any man  without even trying. She should have been playing the field a long time  ago, just like Anthony was. When Annette glanced at Jordan, her smile  disappeared. By the frown on his face, she could tell that he was upset  at Nick's open invitation. Nick didn't notice and turned his attention  back to the game. Jordan must have been confident that Nick wasn't going  to make any more moves because he whispered to her that he was going  downstairs to get the number to the pizza parlor from the phonebook and  left.

Annette got up and walked over to the kitchen. "Hi, guys." She wanted to  say hello to Troy and the others. The more she saw of Jordan, the more  she also saw of Troy. Troy wasn't a bad guy, in fact, even though they  were different in so many other ways, they were alike in many others.  The two brothers had certainly rubbed off on each other.
