Bad Boys of Romance(169)

“Oh… Oh… Cole!” She clutched his ears and thrust her hips up toward his mouth. As she started to come down, Cole slipped his fingers out of her and kept up the frantic rhythm on her clit as he climbed her body, keeping her on the edge. Wiping his face on the sheets before he reached her chest, he stopped and sucked on her hard nipples. He kissed his way up to her mouth and paused. Looking into her beautiful eyes, he groaned in hindrance knowing he needed to halt everything and pull on a condom.

Rylan’s brows creased in concern at the look on his face. Cole stepped away from the bed, digging in his pants for the condom he knew was there. Rylan sat panting, coming down from her high and watching. “We don’t need that.”

His head snapped up. “Huh? Why not?”

“I’m on the pill, and I trust you. Come here.”

Well that was perfect, except he wished they’d discussed it earlier, prior to breaking up their rhythm. Dropping the package, he went back to the bed and went back down on the girl he loved more than anything. Before too long they were both right back where they had left off. Cole’s lips captured Rylan’s mouth in an expert dance. He licked her bottom lip, getting her to open up. As he slid his tongue into her mouth, he slid his length into her. Both of them groaned in pleasure as he began rocking his hips in and out.

Reaching her hand between their bodies, Rylan brought herself back to edge of an orgasm. Moaning and writhing beneath him. Cole growled into her ear, “You like that, babe?”

“Yes! Oh God yes, Cole!” She shuddered and squeezed her legs around his hips, making it impossible for him to move.

“Loosen up babe, I can’t keep moving.”

“Hold on, I’m so close.” She squeezed her inner walls and thighs again, grinding against his shaft and pelvic bone.

“Aaaahhhhh!” She cried out as their bodies trembled, squeezing Cole tighter, and making him lose control in that instant. When her legs fell loose and he could move once again, it didn’t take him long to reach the point she was just at. Thrusting into her hard and fast had him groaning out in reply, as he emptied himself into her. “Ryyyyyy… dear God.”

After cleaning up and crawling back into bed, he kissed Rylan’s head. He whispered against the black strands, “That was amazing. I’ve missed you so much.”

Rylan sleepily answered back. “It was. We need to practice on coming together. But I’m okay with practicing. Miss you and love you, Cole.” Her eyes drifted closed and snuggled into his chest a little more.

Cole sighed, kissing her head again. “Love you, babe.”

With Rylan wrapped in his arms, Cole smiled as he drifted to sleep.

Chapter Eight

The sun was setting against the back of the house as Cole walked down the steps leading toward his circular drive. After leaving Jacksonville, he brought Rylan home for the first time. They christened his room, the room he hoped to call theirs very soon.

He left Rylan with the crews at the estate as he drove over to the airport to pick up his mom. Seeing her for the first time in five years was surreal. It felt almost as good as seeing Rylan--almost. His eyes met hers and he saw the happiness and fear in her eyes. “Mom.”

“Chris… I mean Cole, how are you son?” She approached him wearily.

“It’s okay, Mom. I know it will take some getting use to. I’m good. Real good.”

He wrapped an arm around her, pulling her to him. She slid an arm around his waist. “That’s good, son. We ready?”

“Do we need to go get your luggage?” He flicked his gaze toward the baggage claim.

“No, I packed everything in here.” She lifted her carry on.

Cole grabbed it from her and led the way to his truck. Opening her door and helping her in, he smiled before closing the door and throwing the carry on in the back of the truck.

They drove the distance to his house talking about Rylan and their reunion  , but as they pulled into the driveway his mom sat up straighter. “Before we get there, I was asked to ask you if you would call your father. He wants to explain a few things. But he wants to do it on your terms. He doesn’t want to push himself on you, like I have.”

“Mom, stop. You didn’t. I called you. I asked you to come. I will call him as soon as I am ready. Okay?”

“That’s all I ask.”

“So things with you and dad are okay then?”

McKenna dropped her head, closing her eyes. “We still live together but things are strained and have been. We’ll figure it all out, Son.”

Cole just shook his head. He knew, he knew it was because of the ultimatum and his leaving. He’d call his dad and maybe that would lead to his parents fixing things too.
