Arden looked around him to see worried wolves. Rane came back to the center. “I fear what happened to Grayson’s pack is happening to us. I need suggestions on how we can fight this. I’m going to talk to the larger packs and see if any more of their shifters are willing to move and join Australian packs.”
The wolves there were in agreement. Sebastian took a step forward. “We need diversity. Who has had the privilege of going out fighting with Grayson?” Some of the wolves nodded. “I have, and I think if we can get different shifters and mix it up we may bring a different element. We each have different strengths. I know we usually stick with the same species, but after seeing Arden and Grayson hunt and fight together I know we would be better off.”
Some of the wolves were hesitant, but Arden knew what Sebastian said was right. Arden was friends with the pride leader in South Africa, and the panther leader in Brazil. He would discuss it with Kane and their father, but he thought it would be worth asking them if they’d like the chance to move to an Australian pack.
Arden went over to Grayson who still looked lost in thought. “Grayson, I need you to come with me to my brother’s house and talk to my father. I’m going to tell them what we’ve talked about here, and I want to ask them about calling Marcus in Brazil and Berko in South Africa about giving their people the choice of moving to Australia.”
“Sure, I’ll come. If you like, I can even call some of the leaders I know.”
“I may need you to do just that.”

Little Braydon was so adorable. It was a pity the poor thing looked just like his father. Faith was the happiest Remy had seen her in years. She knew Kane had kept everything that was going on from Faith, and she was so focused on Braydon she was happily not encouraging any visions.
Bengie was excited to see Remy, and he showed her all his new things. Without Arden there, he dragged her to his room and hugged her, telling her everything he’d been up to. Remy really loved Bengie. He was such a sweet kid.
Arden found her on the floor in Bengie’s room playing Mario Kart, and Remy was kicking Bengie’s butt. Princess Peach went over the finish line, and Remy stood, doing a victory dance. “Ha, ha, in your face. I rule. Yay me. I’m a winner, and winners are grinners.”
“She’s not a very gracious winner, is she, Ben?”
Bengie smiled up at her. “I don’t mind, Uncle Arden. I like watching her dance.”
“Yeah, I do too.”
She noticed Arden staring at her boobs as they bounced while she danced about to the winner’s tune.
“Oh, I know why you do.” She went to him and wrapped her arms around his waist. “Did you talk and sort everything out?”
“Yeah, I’ll tell you all about it at home. We also need to talk about this.” Arden placed his hand on her stomach.
“Okay. Let me just say bye to Bengie, Faith, little Braydon, and Sara if she’s still here.”
He nodded and she said her goodbyes to everyone. Sara wanted her to come visit tomorrow and go shopping with her and the other girls. She said yes, that she’d be around in the morning about ten. Then she and Arden left.
Chapter 9
When they arrived home Remy went and sat on the sofa, getting comfortable. Arden followed close behind her. “So what are we talking about first? The fact that apparently you werewolves have super sperm and you’ve knocked me up? Or that we have a traitor in our midst? Maybe that the demons desperately want us women who are pregnant?”
“Grrr, how about how you know you’re pregnant?”
“Pet told me. She actually told me a lot more than just that I’m pregnant, she told me what I’m having.”
Arden held her hands and brought them up and kissed them. “What are we having?”
Remy melted at his gesture. “A little girl. She will be the biggest daddy’s girl, or so Pet says.”
Arden chuckled. “Is that so?”
“Yep, she’ll have you wrapped around her little finger.”
“Oh, I see, much like her mother does.”
“Yep.” She inched over to him and straddled his lap.
Arden groaned as she rubbed herself over him. “What happened to talking?”
“We can talk. I just want to do it from your lap.”
“Mmm, I’ll have to tell you everything quickly. I want you so badly.”
She snuggled into him. “I want you too, but no nookie for you until you tell me what’s going on.”
“We’re going to be protecting the women more. No woman will go anywhere without at least two or more werewolves with her. If you’re in a group, you’ll have more. We can’t risk you get taken.” He captured her lips and ground himself against her. “I can’t have you taken from me ever again. You’re mine.”
