“I'd say you are well and truly marked.” She smiled widely, surveying the damage as she kissed it with pride.
“And now it's my turn, I'm gonna make you cry out loud for me, baby.”
He hung on her shoulder with his mouth, as his snout formed and his teeth grew sharp and long, until he could wait no longer, and then he struck at her impatiently. She gasped and whimpered, shaking beneath him, and swearing loudly with the force of his strong jaws and long canines pressing into her soft flesh. He touched bone and he smiled inside. She was well and truly marked too. Werewolf markings were not gentle affairs. They were meant to be harsh. Blood trickled down her breast and he licked it clean as his face rapidly transformed back to his more attractive human-self again.
“Aden.... that was so... so.... painful.” She couldn't stop herself from sobbing out the words.
“It's meant to hurt like hell. We don't mark each other lightly. It should be strongly felt and memorable,” he explained with pure love for her pulsating through his veins.
“Why the fuck do I love you even more, after you ripped into me like that?” she asked, tears of happiness dripping down her cheeks.
He kissed her passionately on the lips.
“You felt it baby, and you hurt me real bad too. But now you're my mate, and you can have me. I'm yours to do whatever you want with, sweetheart,” he grinned, lying back on the bed enticingly, flashing his eyes at her.
“Yeah, you are... And I'll tell you something, I'm gonna bite you like crazy all over, because I can, can't I?” she replied with an evil smile. She nipped at his ear fast and furiously. “Just like that.”
“Oww, be careful, I've only got two of those.”
“And this...” She bit his nipple sharply.
“Stop it now, that really stung,” he said a little crossly.
“Oh yeah? You wait, what about this...” She took his hard cock into her mouth and stared at him...
“Don't you fucking dare...” he ordered with a glare.
“As if...” She ran her tongue around him and he sighed in pleasure.
“Promise me...? Because that part is way too sensitive to bite.”
“Mmmm...” she murmured.
Thankfully she seemed to be past the biting stage.
Later that day, just before dinner, she made sure there was no one around. She walked towards the reception phone and picked it up. She dialled the Heart general store. She had a deep need to find out about last night.
“Heart Provisions, can I help you?” Miss Boyle's high pitched voice was instantly recognisable.
“Oh hello, Miss Boyle. It's Maddy from the Ranch. I came in with Samantha yesterday, remember?”
“Ah yes, so I do... The pretty redhead. What can I do for you?”
“I was wondering if I left my phone in your store. I seem to have lost it.”
“No, I haven't found a phone, I'm sorry... Wait a minute...” The phone was put down with a clunk as Miss Boyle went off somewhere and she could hear muffled voices in the background. A moment later the phone was picked up again.
“Just had a quick word with young Ellie, she ain't seen it either. Can't help 'ya love.”
Of course there would be no phone recovered as Maddy hadn't lost it...
“Oh well, I'll try the feed store and the bar. How are you anyway? Still recovering after the dreadful events of the other night?” she asked in a sly leading fashion.
“If only, but no, I'm in shock my dear. It seems we're double cursed in our poor town. There's been more devilry afoot.”
“Oh no!.... It can't be. But how?” she asked with real alarm beginning to rise inside her.
“The Mayor, last night, ripped to shreds he were... Heart missing an all. His housekeeper found him early this morning, the poor girl is in a real state... half his chest was gone!”
“That is awful, so terrible,” Maddy said, so sickened by herself.
“Yep. And no person did this, it were the hell-hounds. I told 'ya before. He ordered them in. The Lord of Darkness himself.”
“I'm sorry Miss Boyle, I must go. This has made me feel ill and I really need to sit down, goodbye.” Maddy put the phone down with a soft click and feeling absolutely horrified, she turned.
Aden stood behind her.
“Well?” he asked. “What does the local gossip gal have to say?” He watched her with a grim expression.
“Heaven help me, I feel so sick. The mayor's dead. His housekeeper found him this morning. He'd been ripped to pieces Aden, his heart missing. And I know this was all my doing, wasn't it?”
His heart and soul bled for her at this moment.
“Yes it was. I won't lie to you. You told me you'd taken his heart, last night, when you weren't yourself. Look sweetheart, I'm gonna do everything I can to stop this, believe me.”
