Alexia Eden(78)

“Really?” Drake says with a smile on his face.

“Of course I love you guys.” I respond.

They all say they love me too and how they are excited to have their name added to my art work. We spend the rest of the afternoon swimming in the cold water to cool off and throw around a ball along with a lot of tanning. I've put so much sun tan lotion on that I don’t think the sun’s rays have affected me that much apart from my face, which is rosier than normal.

It’s starting to get a little darker and some of the other guys have made a bonfire so we move closer to the warmth. I’m standing with Ronny, Chloe and Rachel while the boys attempt to make the fire larger. Chelsea waddles over to Drake who’s about three feet away and she puts her hand on his chest, Drake turns around suddenly and looks at her hand then removes it.

Chelsea whines out loud, “Drakey….I thought you said you were single? Why are you all over her when you were with me Friday morning, we hooked up before so why not give me another chance?”

My whole body freezes and I hear Jax growl as he glares at Drake. Drake whips his head around to face me and he has a worried look on his face.

That’s why he wasn’t wearing underwear on Friday night, oh god I feel so disgusting. I let him touch me after he was with her…I need to get out of here…

I start looking around for an exit through the crowd.

“No babe…wait…it’s not like that at all!” he steps toward me and I step back, moving away from him when he tries to touch me.

I glare back at him, I’m so angry right now and my whole body feels like it’s on fire. My eyes start to burn and Drake grasps and stares directly into my eyes.

“Y…Your eyes …the…they’re sparkling…they’re changing…they’re… silver.” he says as he reaches out to touch my face.

Hmmm so that’s the burning feeling …

“Don’t touch me!” I yell in a firm voice, he flinches and take a step back, sadness takes over his face.

“Lexi you need to calm down and let him explain.” Jax comes over to me to calm me down but it just pisses me off more.

“Don’t fucking tell me to calm down Jax!” I yell at him too and I hear gasps at all the other wolves, they obviously don’t realize that Jax is not MY Alpha so I will talk to him as I please.

“You know what? Just leave me alone. I need space to breath!” I shout as I run away back up the path and through the woods, hopefully I won’t get lost. I run and run until I finally see the clearing of the trailer park; I’ve never run so fast in my life before.

I see a motorbike parked next to my car, Georgina must have company. I slowly walk up to the porch and hear shouting and glasses breaking from inside. I see glass everywhere inside and bottles of beer and vodka – it looks like she was having a party. I look for my mom, I hear a man’s voice yelling, must be the new boyfriend.

The man’s voice stops and I make my way to my mother’s room. I see her bent over her dressing table snorting lines of what I’m guessing is coke.

“Georgina! What the hell? Why is there glass everywhere? What are you-” I ask looking at her wiping her nose with the back of her hand. I don’t even notice the man until I hear his voice behind me.

“Hmmm I see we meet again sweet little thing…”

I know that voice, he smells better than last time though. I turn to look at him, getting a closer look; I see he looks a few years younger than my mother maybe mid twenty’s. He’s tall with blond messy hair, he has dark blue eyes and he’s rather big as he towers over me, he may be good looking but he still scares the living shit outta me.

“Really? You’re dating him? Are you that desperate?” I say turning back to look at her showing how disgusted I am.

He yanks me closer to him and bends down to whisper in my ear. “Watch what you say little girl or I might just put you over my knee and give you a good spanking for talking to me like that.”

I pull outta his grasp and take the little mirror that has the coke lined up on it, she looks confused for a second before she realizes what I’m about to do.

She growls.

I fling it out the window leaving the powder to disappear in a dust cloud outside, taken by the wind. The little mirror landing softly on the grass.

Georgina pushes me away from the window and looks outside; she turns around and scowls at me.

“That was my last hit you bitch!” she screams as she looks back out the window.

“I’ve got more under my bike seat, but it’s going to cost you.” Greg tells her and winks at me.

“Yes anything! How much do you have left? Give me your keys.” She begs him and it just repulses me to see her so desperate.
